NATALIE PEBBLES
Founder & Principal
Natalie Pebbles is the Founder and Principal of Pulse Real Estate Strategies, a consulting firm dedicated to guiding brands through expansion with purpose, momentum, and connection.
At Pulse, Natalie acts as an outsourced real estate department for growing brands—advising on market planning, site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio optimization.
Prior to launching Pulse, Natalie served as Director of Real Estate for CAVA’s Western Region, where she led market growth strategy and site execution. She previously spent 11 years as Director of Real Estate for Jersey Mike’s Subs, spearheading the brand’s rollout across the Western U.S. and completing more than 600 deals that fueled its rapid national expansion. Before joining Jersey Mike’s, she worked as a retail leasing broker at a boutique firm in Orange County, representing both regional and national landlords and retailers.
Natalie has also been deeply involved with ICSC, the retail real estate industry’s largest member organization, since 2012—serving in multiple leadership roles. Her long-standing commitment to the ICSC community has positioned her as one of the most well-known dealmakers and thought leaders in retail real estate.
Natalie earned her B.A. in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in 2011 and has served on the Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts Advisory Board since 2017.
In 2023, she was honored as an ICSC 4 Under 40 Awardee, recognizing her as one of the top young leaders in the national retail real estate industry.
